Vybz Kartel’s ‘Freedom Street’ Concert Tickets and Location Details
Monday evening Vybz Kartel revealed that his much anticipated December 31 concert will be titled ‘Freedom Street’ The location was also revealed and the date the tickets will go on sale.
The event will be held at the National Stadium in Kingston on New Year’s Eve which will be on a Tuesday. In a recent Entertainment Report interview the 48-year-old expressed that he anticipates at least 200, 000 patrons will turn up to his show with 100, 000 inside the venue and another 100, 000 outside of the venue.
Tickets for the concert will be available for purchase starting August 31 of This Year. The Ticket prices are yet to be revealed, however, earlier Vybz Kartel warned that they will be “expensive” and that fans should save and even sell items if they have to obtain tickets.
The caption to one of Kartel’s social media posts on Monday about the event reads, “This is going to make History Ready Up. Set your alarms. Get your friends, plan your outfits and, lock in your carpool clique!!! 🎟️ TICKETS ON SALE August 31 at 3 AM SHARP! These tickets are going to fly! The organisers are calling this event “the BIGGEST, BADDEST, most EPIC New Year’s Eve Concert you’ve EVER seen.” The vent will be handled by Down Sound Entertainment.
